Suggested Networks?

I'm wondering if anyone has suggestions for which network(s) to use for CPM ads? I have a number of websites that do well by AdSense but I have an active forum that does not deliver results and I think a views-based network might do much better.

I use ValueClick Media on some of my websites, and it works very well as a CPM network.
VCMedia has both high/low rates, I guess it just depends on how well your website does in the first few months.
When you just join, you get very high rates, so only join when you are getting thousands of pageviews per day
